Digital Producer

Our client, a strategic branding and advertising agency, is seeking an experienced digital producer responsible for ensuring that digital projects are strategically and efficiently executed by creating solid project plans, budgets, and schedules, and by ensuring adherence to best practices. To be considered, candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of digital project management experience within an integrated or digital advertising agency.
Responsibilities
:
In close collaboration with the Executive Director of Digital, the Producer will be responsible for:
o
Overall project management
Develop budgets, project schedules/plans that accurately reflect the scope of work and client
expectations
Manage and adjust budgets and resources as appropriate in accordance with scope
Maintain status reports and leads status meetings
Monitors all project milestones to ensure team is staying on track with deliverables
Proactively manages risk and escalates any critical delivery issues to senior leadership immediately
Manages change request process - identification and documentation of a change in scope
Incorporates quality control processes into each project - i.e. QA/testing, proofreading
o Resource coordination
Develop resource plans by working with Account Managers/Account Supervisors and Creative Directors to ensure appropriate resources are in place throughout each project
Actively source, negotiate with, and manage outside resources necessary to the execution of projects
o Digital process enhancement
Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies, engages the appropriate stakeholders and/or agency leadership prior to making any major changes
Act as a subject-area expert and resource for the team on innovation within the digital advertising space
Qualifications
o 2-4 years of project management experience within an integrated or digital advertising agency
o Bachelor's degree
o Able to manage all levels of projects - full web site development, OLA, rich media, email, app development, social media management, etc.
o Deep understanding of Web technologies, strategies, and best practices
o Experience assembling and managing budgets
o Experience using project management tools and methodologies
o Professional presentation, training and client facing skills
o Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
o Expressive and communicative written and verbal skills required
o Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and WordPress are a bonus
This position is a full-time, salaried position with excellent benefits and profit sharing. Great Boston Back Bay location.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
