years of experience representing financial institutions, institutional investors, borrowers, investment funds and issuers in sophisticated debt finance transactions, including asset-based, cash flow, mezzanine, workout and debtor-in-possession transactions. The candidate must have experience drafting and negotiating primary deal documents. Additional experience with out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings is a plus. Large firm experience is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
