Duties: Will provide legal advice and carry out actions which have an impact upon the rights, privileges and responsibilities of the company while maintaining high standards of legal and business ethics and professional responsibility. Provide high quality oral and written legal advice in a cost-effective manner to internal clients. Recommend practical courses of action to achieve client goals within the scope of what is legally permissible. Perform comprehensive research and analysis on coverage issues often characterized by an absence of clear legal precedent and render clear and unambiguous legal opinions and advice as necessary. Provide comprehensive and strategic legal advice to internal clients in coverage matters, generally with minimal supervision, where the facts, the law or the precedents involved can be interpreted differently or are in dispute. Representative duties include: analyzing and researching coverage issues, drafting legal coverage opinions and positions, providing recommendations on coverage positions, working with outside counsel in connection with coverage litigation, providing advice regarding insurance coverage trends, case law and regulation, anticipating legal issues and encouraging practices to prevent problems from arising. May assign, direct and review the work of law clerks and paralegals. May prepare and conduct training sessions for internal clients. Maintain current knowledge of legal issues and developments in the law. Perform other duties may vary according to practice group.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
