Job Description:
Outstanding opportunity to join a leading Pharma/Biotech company. As the Regulatory Affairs Director of Marketing and Advertising, you will be accountable for leading the regulatory review and approval of advertising materials and marketing activities for companys products. You will be responsible for participating in developing processes and procedures relevant to the creation, review and approval of advertising and promotional materials and will provide leadership and training to the Marketing and Advertising team to ensure FDA compliance.
Other responsibilities will include acting as the main contact in leading and facilitating communications with the Office of Prescription Drug Promotion and direct the timely FDA submission of all approved promotional materials. The Director will manage the maintenance of records and databases that support communications.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required, PharmD or JD preferred
7-10 years regulatory experience
Experience and strong knowledge of Advertising and Marketing regulations
Experience communicating and negotiating directly with OPDP
Experience practicing sound judgment as it relates to risk assessment.
Must have strong leadership skills and be able to influence others and foster team collaborationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
