-Is well versed in handling the many aspects of litigation within practice groups including commercial litigation, products liability or insurance defense, corporate securities, bankruptcy litigation, real estate litigation
-Works closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development
-Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
-Demonstrates experience in practice development, business development
-Takes an active role in managing and growing the real estate practice group
-Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships while managing multiple engagements at the same timeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
