Primary responsibility for bringing incremental leverage and lease/loan growth to the Northeast Region under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
The position is responsible for assisting the regions' originators in identifying new business opportunities through a variety of means including, but not limited to, market analysis, identification of new prospects, responding to the requests of Client Managers on smaller transactions, and the assistance of the processing of transactions through the system. Regular interaction with the BAC client team, BAL credit and operations teams, and other BAL support groups such as legal and pricing will be required. The incumbent will possess the skills necessary to review and comprehend company financial statements for potential lease and loan products, price, structure, discuss and win potential financial solutions with clients/prospects by effectively partnering with internal stakeholders. The incumbent will help lead a transaction through the mandate, approval, documentation and closing processes. Comfort with interacting with C suite individuals (CFO, COO, CEO, Treasurer, Controller) and an ability to discuss situations in a persuasive manner is a valuable skill in this position, and if not currently had, will need to be developed. Occasional travel within the region would be required.
Enterprise Role Overview:
Handle all aspect of originating equipment financing transactions (lease and debt structures) to customers. Utilize client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge and technical extensive product knowledge and technical expertise to generate sales opportunities and tailor superior solutions. Primarily serves the client at their business locations.
Required Education:
Undergraduate degree -- Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business concentration.
Prior Work
Experience:
Two or more years of Leasing, Sales or Commercial Banking experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
