With a focus on security, usability and efficiency, ActiveDisclosure provides users greater efficiency in finance, legal, and investor relations, as well as a better path to create and manage disclosure reports. ActiveDisclosure is a cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS), solution that streamlines content creation, review, and distribution, improving efficiency, governance, and the ultimate quality of all financial reports.
Primary role is to guide the clients through this transition, making certain that their initial experience with ActiveDisclosure is a positive one. The Client Implementation Architect for ActiveDisclosure will be responsible for the overall management of the implementation and coordination of ActiveDisclosure for new users- managing the client experience as they transition from pre-to-post sales and begin working with the client services team. This individual will provide oversight to a team of Project Managers,balancing workloads to ensure project deliverables are met. Act as a resource to the project managers for escalated issues, advice and guidance on handling unique business issues.

Responsibilities:
Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short term and long term goals of the department.
Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate in to overall work objectives.
Project manage complex or high profile or multi-site customer on-boarding for ActiveDisclosure clients.
Work with Sales team to understand client s pain points to devise a basis (story ) for sales presentation.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of ActiveDisclosure in order to provide consultation to external and internal clients.
Gather required data from customers and evaluate objectives and goals to create the project plan and develop and present the Service Estimate.
Analyze and review the customer requirements and make determination on the scope of the overall project.
Pull together the appropriate resources/departments required to successfully implement a customer campaign.
Estimate time frames, and resources required to successfully perform product implementation.
Design & implement workflows after evaluating complexity, and deliverables.
Communicate project status to appropriate stakeholders and disseminate information on problems or potential delays.
Manage customer expectations and ensure the completed work meets customer SLA s and comply with the company standards.
Primary point of contact for developing and documenting process improvement and quality improvements for the business unit.
Perform research of clients current status as it pertains to SEC requirements, XBRL, EDGAR and company credentials.
Understand pricing model and added services within the Service Estimate to assist Sales in providing a comprehensive proposal for a cross-section of services to a full set of services.
Participate or lead various meetings or calls required to gather and communicate the information required to successfully implement Active Disclosure.
Maintain client relations and project timelines to ensure exceptional customer service is provided.
Maintains current knowledge of financial reporting, XBRL taxonomy, US-GAAP standards, EDGAR HTML and SEC regulations and is resourceful in seeking information internally and externally, as needed
Ability to engage and co-coordinate with multiple functioning teams and external clients to provide a seamless on-boarding experience.
Analyze the technical and non-technical requirements of client s workflow and office environment to support the product implementation using a readiness survey and/or discovery calls.
Develop implementation plan, defining project scope, goals and deliverables and setting project expectations with training, technology, professional services, and client services teams
Perform software setup and performance quality assurance verification.
Proactively identify issues learned from kick-off calls. Prioritize and solve problems as they arise and escalate to appropriate team(s) for timely resolution.
Fully document client interactions and pertinent data into client relationship management (CRM) tool.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Required Skills
Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 5-7 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience. Able to apply broad work experience and knowledge when analyzing complex problems.
Must be able consistently identify critical elements, variables and alternatives to develop solutions.
Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions.
Candidates must present a competent and courteous demeanor to our clients, demonstrate effective verbal and written communication that is clear, well-organized, and portrays an understanding of clients needs.
Able to apply excellent functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments. Able to apply expertise in all the tools or applications used to complete work assignments.
Able to mentor junior level team members in the use of tools and/or systems in the position.
Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems. Able to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems. Requiresexcellentcommunication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand. Able to explain programs policies and procedures in language that is understood by others.
Must be able to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted. Requires strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer. Able to write with the clarity and precision necessary for the work being performed.
Required Experience
Relevant experience in Financial Services compliance industry and knowledge of SEC requirements.
Experience with Sharepoint and Sharepoint workflow.
Experience with ERP integration.
The ideal candidate must have proven track record for deploying successful software solutions and creating exceptional customer experience. Minimum 5
years of project management, consulting and program implementation.
Must be able to work with high level client groups and have strong organizational and project management/consultant skills.
Certified in project management or continuous improvement disciplines preferred, but not required.
Solid understanding of SEC reporting requirements. Exposure to financial reporting and XBRL preferred. Familiar with ERP software, financial planning and accounting tools along with the ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments and maintain a continued expertise in the primary tools and applications used for daily work assignments.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
