Must have current experience in a public accounting firm, preferably with Financial Services Clients, much better work life balance than the BIG 4 and large 2nd tier firms. Some travel in the Northeast. 3-10 years of experience. CPA highly preferred, required for Manager Role. Seniors up to $75K (may stretch) Managers up to $120K plus bonus.
As an Audit Manager/Sr, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple engagements, reviewing and approving audit programs, workpapers, and financial statements. In addition, the Audit Manager will be responsible for motivating, training, and evaluating seniors and staff associates. This is a dynamic position that requires working with personnel across all functions of the company and at all levels of responsibility.
Candidates should have 3-10 years of experience, advanced knowledge of accounting principles, as well as strong critical thinking, communication and technology skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
