Position Overview:
The Back Office Implementation Consultant will drive the implementation of Bullhorn's Back Office software for Staffing and Recruiting firms, consulting on best practices for middle and back-office concepts such as payroll, time entry, invoicing and general ledger reporting. Bullhorn Back Office is an innovative software solution that allows customers to more seamlessly integrate their payroll process with their other systems. The Implementation Consultant will develop expertise in Bullhorn's applications and implementation methodology and use it on all projects. They will work closely with the customer, Sales Executives, Solution Architects and Software Engineers, to understand customer requirements and provide expertise to define and develop appropriate solutions while managing expectations to delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management Across Implementation Lifecycle
Initiate contact and establish relationships with new clients in order to create the foundation for a seamless transition from point of sale throughout successful product and services implementation and support.
Partner with clients to identify key business objectives and aid clients with Bullhorn best practices regarding administrator functions, candidate/client timecard portals and back-office integrations.
Schedule and Resource Management
Set expectations in terms of time required to accomplish technological and business objectives according to number of users, technical complexity of conversion, and defined business requirements
Ensure effective completion of project milestones by allocated resources on time and on budget.
Ensure deployments follow define task and timelines, as well as metrics aligned with departmental goals of Billable Utilization, Profitability, and Customer Satisfaction.
Quality and Change Management
Consult and configure systems according to functional specifications defined in conjunction with the customer, including migration verification and reporting metrics, while managing to a defined scope of work and enacting change management, when applicable.
Obtain all required client sign-offs to indicate project, product and training deliverables have been accepted
Be able to troubleshoot payroll related issues which may require an understanding of the various payroll reports including the general ledger, online timecards, payroll processing, commissions, etc.
Requirements Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Proven track record of supporting or implementing back office products.
Familiarity/Experience with ADP, Paychex or other payroll provider.
Prior experience as a financial coordinator, payroll specialist or other related field is desired.
Must have the ability to multi-task, work with multiple enterprise clients at a time and efficiently manage their individual needs during different implementation stages.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Experience with accounting software and/or QuickBooks is desired
Demonstrated experience managing an organizations payroll, general ledger and/or accounts payable/receivableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
