Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Delivering comprehensive corporate legal services to domestic and international
organizations in all stages of development.
-Meeting the needs of clients in areas ranging from mergers and acquisitions
and public securities offerings, to joint ventures/partnerships and shareholder agreements,
to private equity and venture capital investments, to public and private debt financings,
to general corporate and commercial agreements and corporate governance.
-Customizing solutions to help clients meet their business objectives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
