Prominent domestic and international full service Law firm, seeks a partner who is looking to explore opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise and specialization in the practice area of Bankruptcy & Restructuring.
Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, bar licensure in good standing, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong book of business ($1M+), with potential to expand.
This is an opportunity to practice an advanced level of law, with the support and collaboration of top level professionals.
-Is well versed in handling the many aspects of bankruptcy & restructuring including creditors' rights, commercial law, enforcement of remedial rights; restructuring of investments; public, private, and secured and unsecured bonds; workout of investments in CDOs and other structured investment vehicles; and enforcement of termination of swaps and other derivative instruments on account of bankruptcy or reorganization.
-Develops business with potential clients through networking and other initiatives
-Leads teams of lawyers and supervises the work of associates in the team
-Works closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development.
-Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
-Demonstrates experience in practice development, business development
-Renders exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships while managing multiple engagements at the same time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
