Great opportunity for a pro-active, detail oriented Executive Assistant. True business partner role supporting two executives within a high client interfacing department. Must have great energy and tenacity, the organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities in a high volume, high workload environment with superior communication skills. Responsibilities:
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence and email; drafting letters, documents and email; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Prepares executive's travel and entertainment expense reports.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Updates company, department and management team's systems as requested - includes Salesforce, OpenAir and individual's contact management tools.
Assists with semi-annual customer event by providing support as needed to the team who manages the event.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Maintains executive and customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing assigned work as requested and on schedule.
Required Skills and
Experience:
5-7
years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a VP or C level executive, preferably at technology companies.
Experience supporting multiple executives at the same time.
Has progressively responsible administrative experience.
Superior verbal, interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities and projects with attention to detail.
Performs well with a variety of disciplines while remaining effective in a high-volume, fast-pace start-up environment with high workload.
Proficient in: MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel, and the Google Suite; SalesForce a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
