Become a valuable member of AIR's Operations team and provide executive support to our senior management team, as well as general administrative support. In this highly visible role, you'll work collaboratively with other departments, tackle multiple projects, and support several senior managers.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of our organization in a professional and courteous manner.
Main responsibilities, but not limited to:
Provide daily backup support to Receptionist (morning or evening coverage and lunch coverage)
Order and maintain stock of all kitchen and office supplies
Manage daily activities of Day Porter and ensure that kitchens and copy rooms are being properly maintained
Coordinate and manage catering for meetings, including those for our senior executives
Handle routine office issues in conjunction with building facilities
Provide general administrative support to senior managers as assigned, including scheduling, handling expense reports and calendar management
Occasional PowerPoint presentation support
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent organization skills, and attention to detail
Flexibility in your willingness to lend support as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years administrative experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
