The Call Center Representative will be responsible for fielding incoming phone calls for this institution and providing top-tier customer service. The position requires that the representative will deal with 100-200 inbound phone calls per day. Key responsibilities during these calls include entering patient information into proprietary database system, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues that a patient, internal, or external customer may have. Ability to multi-task as well as work in a team environment is imperative to the success of the Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will have 2
years in a call center environment, inbound or outbound. Proficiency with data entry and positive references from recent employers are a must. Bilingual candidates proficient in speaking Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.
