As the Entry-Level Operations Coordinator you will be managing the scheduling for the Technical Support team. You will be the main point of contact for vendors of internal resources and responsible for client communications from the department. You will be a key contributor on the Operations team to improve efficiency throughout the Support team.

As an Entry-Level Operations Coordinator, a typical day might include:
Coordinating with the Support management team and training department to ensure departmental success
Facilitating account set up and management for the expanding team
Managing the content of the department website
