Sales & Marketing Operations

Responsibilities
Oversee all processes and systems related to the sales and marketing funnel ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting
Provide ongoing management reporting and analytics for strategic decision support
Support our global, rapidly growing CRM user base including the sales team, marketing and management users with training, process optimization and reporting
Build reports and dashboards to measure, monitor, and optimize the revenue funnel from first inquiry, through all sales stages to closed opportunity.
Manage our CRM system with all of its related components including integrations with other systems, UI, database and workflow customizations
Manage our database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Implement tools and procedures to improve data quality and hygiene.
Provide oversight in the technical planning and implementation of lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring programs.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience working in a sales and marketing operations / CRM management function for a technology company.
Highly analytical, metrics driven with the ability to translate sales and marketing processes in appropriate systems support and management reporting
Experience managing reporting requirements across multiple management stakeholders and providing reliable management KPI reports on a consistent basis
Experience with frictionless sales and marketing models and supporting high volume inbound marketing and inside sales processes
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Sugar CRM as administrator including system customizations and advanced reporting
Expert Excel user and experience with querying databases and working with reporting tools (e.g. Crystal reports) and BI tools.
Creative problem solver, capable of removing obstacles and moving projects to completion.
Team player and organized with attention to detail you stand behind the numbers not just the technology
