The successful candidate will have 6
years of experience with Investment Advisers Act and other regulations relevant to hedge funds. Responsibilities will include: negotiating counterparty contracts, advising on shareholder activism strategies, providing counsel on public market trading, and advising on private market and complex securities transactions, among others.
Candidates must be actively licensed in at least one jurisdiction and have experience at a large law firm and/or asset management firm as well as top academic credentials. The client is offering a competitive compensation package and relocation.
