The ideal candidate demonstrates focus, flexibility, courage, openness, commitment, and respect. Requirements: You leverage creativity to solve non-linear problems and are comfortable challenging assumptions. You enjoy discovering the root cause of an issue and mapping out workflows to outline a solution. You have an exceptional ability to make conclusions from data and recommend action. You can apply various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources. You have experience diplomatically facilitating and collaborating with stakeholders, IT development teams and other business units. You embrace great solutions regardless of who originates the idea. You have, and are willing and able to express, opinions. You have strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building and organizational skills. Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL is a plus. Experience with optimization and A/B testing is a plus. 5
