Position Overview:
In the Facilities Project Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with building management and external vendors, maintaining all current facilities and equipment, & managing a small support staff. You will also be tasked with maintaining and refitting all conference rooms and meeting spaces with technology and furniture. As our organization grows and acquires new space, the Facilities Project Manager will be leading all design and planning for our new and expanded properties.
As the Facilities Project Manager, a typical day might include:
Planning the best use of both current and new office spaces
Maintaining office furniture and working with vendors on the repair/replacement of broken items
Ordering new furniture
Working with IT on A/V and technology projects
Maintaining and ordering kitchen and gym supplies/equipment
Being key member in the process of acquiring, planning and designing new offices/locations

years of experience in a corporate setting
You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
You have experience with corporate buildouts
You have a willingness to travel
You enjoying working in a team environment
You are extremely well organized, detail oriented, and have strong communication and interpersonal skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
