As we undergo a brand refresh, we are looking for an experienced professional services marketer to join our Boston-based team, spearheading and driving our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
In this job, you'll be responsible for ideating and managing all marketing elements for JL Dunn (online and offline) as well as working with the executive and project management team to coordinate and new business efforts (e.
g.
, qualifications, proposals) and support the client team in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Leading the marketing efforts of the company:
Working directly with the executive team to identify and execute opportunities for JL Dunn to increase brand profile within the market Working with external agencies to drive forward brand projects including a website relaunch scheduled for H1 2023 Overseeing creation of new brand materials including photography and videography Managing website and social media channels Maintaining library of proposal materials (client experience, client testimonials, references, team bios, etc.
) proactively ensuring all are updated and organized regularly for easy and accurate use by project team when responding to RFPs Communicating corporate marketing strategies and goals to staff Identifying and executing on brand visibility opportunities for the firm including sponsorships, awards, charity events, press opportunities and more - always with an eye towards demonstrating an ROI Maintaining the CRM, working with project managers to ensure all data is up to date, providing regular reports on success of new business efforts and opportunities to re-engage with past clients or prospects Supporting the General Manager in project acquisition:
Managing the RFP and proposal calendar Organizing, preparing, and compiling responses to Request for Proposals Organizing and distributing bid documents and invitations Organizing hand off meetings to ensure smooth transition between teams Creating meeting agendas and distributing meeting summaries/minutes Coordinating staff requirements with external IT Consultant Coordinating staff requirements and external vendors (Comcast, Verizon, etc.
) Desired Skills:
Five to 10 years of prior marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, or General Contracting industry preferred, professional services experience will be considered Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration Experience responding to RFQs, RFPs and developing/facilitating presentations Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design capabilities preferred but not required Experience in social media management Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong verbal communication skills A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently Expertise in writing, proofreading and editing Benefits & Compensation Highlights:
