Job Description:
Full and part time shifts available; Support culinary and FOH team by maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and BOH space.
Clean dishes, China, work surfaces and kitchen are an essential part of giving our guests the best experience possible.
Duties include:
- set up/disassemble and frequently changing the water of dish machines - washing dishes from both kitchen staff and China from restaurants - cleaning floors, walls and all work services of kitchen areas as directed by the chef - disposal of trash in the proper receptacle - maintaining proper organization of all equipment ensuring all stations are fully stalked - putting away food orders.
Using first in, first out protocols.

Qualifications:
- weekend availability - open availability days/nights - team player - self-starter, always looking for the next project to support the success of entire team - ability to work in a FAST passed and high-pressure environment - able to lift 25lb on a regular basis, up to 50lb - ability to work on your feet for up to 8hrs sometimes 10hrs.
Compensation:
$16.

Evening event shifts available at a higher rate.
Shifts based on seniority, reliability of attendance, work ethic and attention to detail when on task.
