Brief Overview In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving growth for the Amwell provider market segment by leading product marketing efforts.
The role will oversee solution packaging, pricing, competitive intelligence, and will develop high-impact value proposition messaging and sales tools.
This role works in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales & Enablement, Brand and Integrated Marketing, all while remaining abreast of competitive market insights.

Responsibilities:
Define and manage the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Amwell technology platform including messaging, positioning, launch planning, enablement content, and customer adoption In collaboration with product management, identify solution bundling opportunities and define packaging and pricing based on research, market insights and competitive understanding Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Amwell technology and services from alternative and competitor solutions Craft a product narrative that articulates the value of our platform and how it fits into our broader portfolio message Define ideal customer profile and segmentation Create and maintain detailed buyer personas that enable the whole company to better serve our ideal customer profiles Document buyer's journey and create message map Conduct sales training to provide growth teams with competitive insights, differentiation and positioning to help them sell effectively Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts Mine for testimonials, data, and other proof points that reinforce our position and message.
Proactively conduct competitive research and keep an ongoing pulse on the market.
Refine Sales messaging for competitive conversations and surface insights to the product and marketing teams on an ongoing basis to ensure competitive relevance Developed communication and diplomacy skills are essential to guide and influence change and recommended direction You have the opportunity to impact the customer's digital experience and engage with multiple teams Drive and shape our digital strategic vision and priorities in partnership with product, business partners, and senior leadership Explore the world in search of data, trends, and insights to discover consumer needs and expectations to inform product development and strategic prioritization Stimulate cross-functional thinking with inspiring storytelling
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8-10 years of healthcare technology product marketing experience with a focus on the Payer segment 3-5 years as a people manager Demonstrated experience in creating compelling value propositions for product/services, preferably in the digital healthcare industry Strong presentation skills and ability to simply and clearly communicate complex ideas Agile and flexible; able to adjust personal and team priorities swiftly and effectively Consistently accountable to delivering high-quality on-time work product Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Ability to multi-task while maintaining detail orientated focus Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and manage cross-functionally Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams We're looking for someone with the ability to think methodically and solve business problems with data and creativity You should be a self-starter with relentless curiosity, resourceful in scouting for insights, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment You should have experience and a proven ability to balance a user-centric perspective with a commercial lens Must be a passionate advocate for the customer and an ambassador for change, willing to speak up and challenge the status quo in order to build a truly customer-centric organization and culture Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to absorb new information quickly Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; Master's preferred Working at Amwell Amwell is changing how care is delivered through online and mobile technology.

We enable our employees with the tools, resources and opportunities to do their jobs effectively wherever they are! The typical base salary range for this position is $197,440 - $271,480.
The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance and management discretion.
Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package.
Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
