WHOOP is seeking a Group Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features across a group of software development teams.
In this player/coach role, you will partner closely with engineers, designers, and other product managers to advance the WHOOP mission and empower our rapidly-growing user base to optimize their performance and achieve exceptional results.
In addition to driving feature development forward, the Group Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the work of other product managers within the group.
You will lead Product across our Acquisition, Monetization, and Finops groups.
You will be responsible for the member experience around members joining WHOOP such as opening up new markets, improving our conversion funnel and the referral program, as well as increasing customer lifetime value through initiatives such as churn prevention, reactivation, pricing strategy, upsells, accessory sales, and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
Set a product strategy and roadmap with measurable goals for a group of development teams Ensure each team within the group is aligned on how to drive the broader strategy forward Facilitate ideation, development and delivery for new products and improvements across mobile, web, and back-end infrastructure Gather customer needs and feedback through frequent research and feedback loops Perform analyses of growth, engagement and retention to inform, measure and iterate on product advancements Synthesize research, analysis, design and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements Drive group to deliver a healthy and efficient cadence of product releases Consistently deliver against success metrics and quantitative outcomes for the entire group Directly manage a small team of product managers, provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure consistent quality across the entire group
Qualifications:

years building and scaling digital products, with experience managing other product managers Proven track record of identifying customer and business needs and converting them into application and operational requirements Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Excel skills are strongly required.
Experience with SQL/Amplitude/Looker for data analysis is preferred Strong product sense and high customer empathy with an ability to envision opportunities that address user needs Strong written and oral communication skills to help communicate learnings and insights clearly to Design, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Curious, positive attitude, and passionate about the fitness and wellness space Experience working with B2C subscriptions preferred Strong educational background in a quantitative or scientific field preferred This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
