Our Opportunity We're looking for an experienced and versatile Business Systems Analyst to join the Business Applications team, to improve the functionality and increase the efficiency of Snyk's financial applications.
This individual will partner with the business to design and deliver scalable solutions and automate core business processes across the finance organization, to ensure our applications support and align with the overall business initiatives.
This individual will be responsible for collaborating with the finance and people teams to gather and document business requirements and design new solutions and enhancements primarily across procure-to-pay and record-to-report.
A solid foundation in a breadth of finance and accounting business processes is essential for this role.
Also as a core member of the delivery team, we are searching for a flexible person who learns quickly, has previous experience supporting a global finance organization on a variety of applications, including procurement tools (eg Coupa or iValua) and NetSuite.
You'll Spend Your Time:
Leading business requirements sessions, collaborate on systems design and process developments to support the finance teams, for both new business processes and existing ones Defining detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations Documenting and developing high level, business processes flows, requirements and design documents for new business requirements Understanding the current business processes, pain points, and challenges and implement technological solutions and enhancements Developing test strategies, ensuring to involve appropriate integration, process components, and cross functional team members Developing test scripts, complete unit tests, system integration testing, and lead User Acceptance Testing Interacting with cross functional business teams to define requirements and understand the systems upstream and downstream changes Working alongside the finance systems administrator and systems analyst in supporting our finance applications, i.

Ivalua, NetSuite, FloQast, Expensify, Egencia, Mesh, and various boundary applications eg SFDC and Stripe Working with functional subject matter experts and leadership, on strategic initiatives What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in a Technology or Finance related field 5
years combined experience supporting finance applications, 2
years in an analyst role Experience with NetSuite and Procurement tools (eg Coupa, iValua) Experience with systems such as FloQast, Adaptive, Avalara, Expensify, Egencia, Workday, Stripe, SFDC or other similar applications a plus Thorough understanding of financial processes across finance workstreams (procure-to-pay and record-to-report) and an understanding of best practices Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies Possess a strong understanding of procure-to-pay and record-to-report processes and strong system knowledge of NetSuite and procurement systems.
