Business Systems Analyst - Trading Data Analytics Must Have:
o Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
o 4-6
years' experience extracting actionable results supporting trading models from large data sets, structured and unstructured, using database query tools, including Python, SQL,PL/SQL programming.
o Familiarity of quantitative financial and statistical concepts.
o Proficient in equity, fixed income, currency, and derivative securities.
o Strong understanding of Trade lifecycle andOMS / EMS systems such as CRD a definite plus.
o Experience with CRD's database model considered a plus.
o Strong technical skills, including application and underlying technical architecture and database mappings to support business workflows.
o Proven independent and focused individual with a demonstrated ability to develop creative, innovative solutions to meet business needs.
o Expert with managing and aggregating large non-standard datasets o Direct experience working with trading systems, with a solid understanding of program and algorithmic trading workflows.
o Experienced developer usingPython, SSRS and Tableau o Knowledge of TCA vendor capabilities and data models o Experience with Bloomberg back-office files and industry tick data o Strong communication and collaboration skills Recommended Skills Big Data Business Requirements Communication Computer Programming Databases Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
