Unison commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the United States and Europe.

THE TEAM:
The Unison team is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to provide support to Unison team members and leaders.
The Human Resource Generalist will be involved with all functions of the HR department including onboarding and offboarding staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and updating and enforcing company policies and practices.
THE JOB:
Perform Human Resources functions to ensure a positive employee experience at all levels of the organization.
Assist with the development and distribution of internal communications.
Maintain all electronic files.
Performs bi-weekly payroll.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Develops and conducts new hire orientation, employee check-ins and employee recognition programs.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; aids the HR Director in disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, morale and training and development.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Assists with preparation of performance reviews; Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Assist with shipping and mailing administration.
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and HRIS Experience learning and assisting others in the usage of new technologies and optimizing use of technologies in a business setting.
Bachelor's degree required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
