Key Responsibilities Manage customer service support line (Zoom, Phone & live chat) Manage our data entry team members and be responsible for interpreting various data formats (spreadsheets, PDFs, word documents) and translate them into organized structures Engage in client onboarding, ensuring that new clients are familiar with data upload processes Continuously analyze existing customer websites to ensure they are effectively using the platform Interface between the design team and engineering teams to complete customer requests.
When applicable, handle these design and technical issues yourself.
Report to senior management on customer satisfaction and areas of improvement Develop support materials for the company's knowledge base Required Qualifications Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), and ChatGPT Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and quiet environment Ability to manage the support hotline during Rocket hours (8am - 6pm EST) Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills Able to lead and motivate others Results-driven; willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal Preferred Qualifications 4
