Contract HR Business Partner

Our client in the technology space is looking to hire a contract HR Business Partner to join their team.
In this position, you will offer support on performance management, employee relations, compensation planning, and talent initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have several years of progressive experience in the HR space, with demonstrated ability to work strategically as an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted member of the Business Partner leadership team, and offer guidance to designated groups on:
organizational design, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, business consulting, talent development, and data analysis Maintain a deep understanding of the specific business objectives and talent needs such as:
headcount, competencies, people challenges etc.
Design and deliver innovative and data-driven people programs and solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 5
