Technical Program Manager

Blue Altair is seeking a Sr.
Program Manager to join its API Program and help lead the enterprise into becoming an API-first organization.
The API Program will enable Blue Altair's globally-distributed teams and their enterprise customers to ship code faster, achieve cost savings, reach new customers, and more.
The Sr.
Program Manager will be at the forefront of the API program journey and help the enterprise define, evangelize, implement, and adopt its new API organization, API-first methodologies and standards, and API technologies/tools.
This position is fully remote.
Requirements Key
Responsibilities:
Create and foster relationships across Blue Altair's enterprise teams to improve adoption of its API program Define and implement new processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Blue Altair's API program and how it is governed Create and maintain deliverables such as templates, standards/style guides, and playbooks that will serve as reusable, governance assets for Blue Altair's API program Define and execute a plan to onboard enterprise teams to Blue Altair's API-first program and API platform Help manage Blue Altair's roadmap of key strategic initiatives for the API program as well as track and report on their progress over time to leadership and key stakeholders Contribute to the design of a comprehensive upskilling/training program that will help Blue Altair's enterprise teams adopt the API program Conduct regular API program maturity assessments to track and measure progress of API-first principle adoption across Blue Altair enterprise teams over time Define and document the API program org.
structure as well as roles and responsibilities for governance, development, architecture, business, and support team functions Aid in the API tools evaluation, scoring, and selection process Document the agile and DevOps-driven API delivery methodology that aligns to the teams and roles within the API-first organization as well as their API tools/technologies Provide detailed requirements for the API platform around API re-use and standardization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher 7
years relevant experience; but, for the right candidate, willing to accept 5
years Process-oriented and accustomed to agile work environments and a start-up pace to projects Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills Experience and working technical understanding of APIs Autonomous and comfortable juggling multiple, overlapping and, at times, competing work priorities Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment to deliver results Advanced knowledge of program management reporting methodologies and tools Accustomed to high-tech environments and working with cross-functional product development, management and design teams.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
