50 Signal of New England is seeking qualified customer driven Security Officers for a flagship site located in Boston.
This highly visible role works closely with the concierge and staff and elevates the level of service and security provided to guests with professionalism and discretion.
We are looking for individuals who are detailed oriented, polished, reliable, articulate, strong collaborators and communicators.
Stationed at the front desk in the building lobby, along with providing a roving patrol of the site, serves as the primary point of contact for guests.
Provide safety and security through professional interactions.
Qualifications and
Responsibilities:
Professional in demeanor and appearance Dependable and punctual Ability to be flexible and adaptable with tasks Excellent oral, people skills and written communication skills Exceptional ability to assess and de-escalate adverse situations Ability to think quickly and efficiently when confronted with a client request Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, and anticipates needs of others Monitor security systems and camera, conducting visual property inspections, and maintaining reports of activity and escalating actions needed.
Maintain health protocols as mandated by the state as needed Dress code - suit attire is required (Must own suit and tie) 2-3 years experience in hospitality, events, luxury retail and/or high-level customer service role Security experience preferred AED, CPR, and First Aid skills required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
