Responsibilities:
Complete Training Required Perform duties at a variety of customer sites Follow protocols and procedures to ensure work is being performed properly Interact with clients to provide superior customer service Report to the Western, MA Supervisor and or Operations Manager
Qualifications:
Janitorial Cleaning experience preferred Cleanroom cleaning experience preferred Valid Driver's License required Must have your own car for transportation Focus on Customer Service Minimum High School Graduate or Equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Skills:
Good with people Punctual Ability to speak, read and write fluent English Must be very detailed oriented Strong customer service skills Ability to act in accordance with established guidelines; follow standard procedures; recognize and comply with written rules or practice Basic computer skills:
email, text, online access Dependable, enthusiastic, and positive attitude Physical Demands:
Remaining upright on your feet, particularly for sustained periods of time Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, able to reach overhead and bending over - this applies to proper cleaning techniques used in cleanrooms Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
