Experience:
o 24 months of role experience is required.
o 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Massachusetts license prior to placement start.
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.

D/N rotations, or straight nights EOW rotation Looking for ICU RN/Stepdown/Intermediate Care RN for cardiomyopathy unit Technically an Intermediate Care unit by name.
Step below ICU Inpatient Specialize in the care of patients with Advanced Heart Failure with Swan Ganz Catheters, Inotrope Drips, Ventricular Assist devices.
MUST have experience with PC catheter, monitoring.
Swans and Vads experience needed.
Wont see patients on ventilators Ratios:
1:
2-3 on days, and 1:
4-5 on nights Could float to Cardiac surgery, but very rare If no vad experience, that is ok 1 reference from last 36 months (Any reference type)1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) Proof of identification required Certifications:
o BLS (Basic Life Support) o ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Skills Checklist:
