Our rapidly growing technology company is seeking an experienced Field Service TechnicianThe ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our high-tech equipment at various customer sitesThis role requires a dynamic professional who can work independently, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can deliver high-quality customer serviceAs a Permanent Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to our goal of providing top-notch technical support to our clients.
Why join us?Responsibilities Install, maintain and repair various types of low voltage equipment at customer sites.
Respond to service calls promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service, listen to customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on systems and equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using a range of testing tools and methods.
Document all service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and stay updated on latest technology and equipment.
Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge, discuss new technology, and stay informed about company updates and changes.
Job DetailsQualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in field service, installation, low voltage, and equipment maintenance.
Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and low-voltage technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to different customer sites.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical ability to lift and handle heavy equipment.
Must be available for potential after-hours emergency calls.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
