ASSOCIATE REGISTRAR, Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine

The Associate Registrar works together with the Registrar and Assistant Registrar of the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine to ensure maintenance and integrity of academic records for all students in the MD program, and compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies. They are responsible for registering students for classes and clinical rotations, performing adjustments to enrollment status to ensure accurate financial aid and tuition assessments, interfacing with students, graduates, faculty, University and external constituents.

Bachelor's degree required with more than 8 years of experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
