- Lead, supervise, and develop team members across CASE Division including Account Management and Market Research Programs. - Executes performance management planning across multiple functions to ensure organizational operations align with GSA Priorities, FAS goals and measures, Program initiatives, and client objectives. - Ensure account management, marketing, segmentation, and program plans and strategies are developed and executed to help customers meet their requirements with GSA Solutions - Perform customer outreach through face to face meetings, events, and other mediums. - Ensures employees are managing strategic customer relationships, both internal and external, and have awareness of their requirements, and populate the opportunity pipeline. - Collaborate efficiently with internal business lines, categories, and portfolios For each job on your resume, provide:
