About the Job The Senior Manager, Commercial Initiatives & Strategic Excellence is part of a growing team focused on translating thoughts into actions, and actions into results. With a focus on creating and improving customer value, this position is accountable for multiple initiatives supporting the Commercial business and its continued growth. This incumbent serves as an innovative leader, partnering with key business leads across the enterprise to drive transformative, sustainable business solutions. Key Responsibilities o Manage and execute strategic projects, operational initiatives, and transformational enablement projects as identified by Commercial and cross-functional leadership. o Design and carry out approaches for implementation and integration of tactical solutions with cross-functional partners. o Facilitate day-to-day coordination among team members and ensure that teams stay on track to completion. o Work with Commercial leadership to assess and prioritize ideas and ensure clear timing and ownership is established for all projects pursued. o Collaborate and drive cross-functional teams to integrate technical capabilities with functional intelligence to architect impactful and powerful experiences and solutions. o Work directly with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define key performance indicators, and identify relevant benchmarks to evaluate performance; identify emerging themes and internal and external trends, and drive programs and strategies to execution. o Design and model dashboard story frameworks and recommend data-visualizations based on user-defined business questions and the in-scope data. Communicate effectively, coach others on dashboard design, and build reports using business intelligence tools to monitor business performance and communicate results of marketing campaigns and initiatives. o Act as a lead for all Commercial CRM -Salesforce.com requirements, integrations, development, training, and administration. o Provide high quality solutions to business problems for CRM for Sales and Marketing. o Be responsible for business and functional analysis, project management and risk analysis. o Develop and maintain custom data input screens, reports, validation rules, and workflow. o Monitor data security and setup of user security roles and profiles. o Identify opportunities and gaps in terms of systems, people, and processes. o Monitor project health through the effective use of project dashboards and management tools. o Drive outcomes cross-functionally to build consensus and execute to meet deadlines and targeted results. o Keep stakeholders engaged and informed of progress and potential risks. o Drive escalation and resolution of critical project related issues. o Serve as a hands-on multitasker with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity. o Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications o Bachelor's Degree o 7
years of experience in Diagnostics/ Life Sciences/ Business Management Preferred Qualifications o Master's Degree o 3
years of experience managing large and complex data sets o Data analytics/modeling experience o Diagnostics experience o Strong project management experience o Proficient SFDC.com (Salesforce) implementation experience o History of cross-functional leadership o Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical domains skillfully, enabling communications between business and IT colleagues o Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business issues and develop consensus o Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate o Proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels o High level of comfort with technology tracking systems (E.g., CRM), and Microsoft Office applications (E.g., MS Word, MS Excel) o Proficient in BI Applications such as DOMO, Salesforce Einstein Analytics o Ability to comply with quality system regulations, standards, and procedures o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen understanding of value drivers o High sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and adapt and thrive with change o Understanding of HIPAA and importance of privacy of patient data o Commitment to FMI values:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Life SciencesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
