The Program Director (PD) will own growth, business development, delivery, and profit responsibility for this business area and owns the overall business strategy and investments that are made in future capabilities. The focus of this position is to develop and drive growth through strategic plan and business delivery model. The PD is responsible for ensuring the achievement of performance targets and strategic initiatives by setting and meeting operational goals that are consistent with the vision of the organization. Position requires proven success leading engineering & technology at the Director level, in an organization that has demonstrated sustained growth in delivering Cloud Solutions supporting mission systems. Key responsibilities of the role:
Contributing to the identification, capture, and development of bid strategy and win of profitable business opportunities to grow Smartronix's State and Local business. This PD will work closely with the Vice President of State and Local, the Director of Business Development for State and Local, peers across the enterprise, including the business unit leadership team, and functional business partner support organizations. The ability to drive growth, build relationships and teams, as well as actively portray technology solution offerings is essential. Manage client-focused teams to instill predictable and repeatable frameworks that consistently meet schedules and delivery commitments while meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Drive high performance standards across the operation, developing and hiring great talent, identifying, and implementing programs for filling any gaps that may exist, developing a strong team, and consistent execution to plan that drives growth. Provide overall leadership and foster a culture that operates ethically with honesty, integrity, and respect. Conduct employee/team development and mentoring to ensure the staff has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully performs its mission. Required Experience and Skills:
Clearance Required:
None - Ability to achieve public trust Bachelor's in technical or business-related field and advanced degree is desirable Ten (10) or more years of experience in a services organization, with at least ten (5) years of management experience with Government. Knowledge of Government contracting Candidates must have highly effective interpersonal skills in order to carry-out daily interactions with technical staff and business executives within the organization, with external customers, and with teammates and subcontractors Experience developing and selling services to Government organizations and a proven track record of growing the business (both in revenue and profitability) Growth minded and with ability to mentor other employees Solid financial operations P&L background, to include budgeting, forecasting, reporting and modeling of a $30M
line of business Proven success in hiring and developing high performing teams Embodies the Smartronix core values:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Government & MilitaryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
