Connecting great people to the best work is our purpose - together, we deliver. Kleinfelder's Boston office is looking to add a Staff Architect to its' growing team! This position will support a diversity of architectural projects for federal, transit, infrastructure, and municipal clients. The wide range of project types and phases of design and construction provide an ideal learning environment for entry level architects going through the Architectural Experience Program (AXP). To be considered for this position, you must be able to interact within a team setting, have technical capabilities regarding building construction and technologies, be familiar with code and accessibility review, and coordinating with in-house disciplines and outside consultants to ensure the delivery of high quality architectural projects. Preferred candidates will have solid Revit experience in all project phases as well as significant CAD experience. The candidate must have the ability to effectively support the design effort of principal architects and possess a strong foundation in design and have the ability to manage their design according to the established scope, budget, and deadlines. The selected candidate will work on projects in the Transportation, Higher Education, Municipal and State and Federal markets of Kleinfelder's practice. Minimum requirements:
5-7 years of professional experience in an Architectural or similarly situated firm Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required Strong knowledge of Revit CAD proficiency Strong verbal and communications skills Involved in reporting professional experience in the Architectural Experience Program (AXP), preferable Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
