Come drive Organic Growth at one of the world's largest retailers. The SEO team is responsible for all Organic Search traffic. We are building a world-class organic search practice, combining a mix of product excellence (to build features that engage organic visitors), technical marketing (to identify new user intents and opportunities), and content science (to create high quality content at scale). As the Senior Manager focused on link acquisition, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and own results for link building across the LLC, through influencer, publisher and supplier relationships. As part of the SEO team, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team of analyst, product and engineering experts. What makes us successful is using data to inform each and every decision, from what our targets are in a given quarter to unlocking the value of our influencer relationships. In no time you'll be driving millions of new organic visits, and have gained a uniquely valuable expertise. We are looking for a collaborative team lead who is equal parts creative and analytical. This role will combine aspects of influencer strategy along with data-driven decision making. What You'll Do:
Lead a team of high-performing professionals to develop a holistic link acquisition and influencer marketing strategy for the Wayfair brand. Coach team to develop innovative ideas for influencer campaigns that can be leveraged for omni-channel content generation. Evolve the measurement strategy of the channel to determine attribution of various link building strategies. Drive the development and execution of new launch strategies while maintaining current media and influencer relationships. Forge and expand strong cross functional relationships across multiple teams, acting as champion of channel objectives, strategies and project timelines. Develop and maintain industry knowledge; stay on top of SEO and market trends. Help to identify and drive resolution on areas of opportunity and process efficiencies. What You'll Need:

years of experience across influencer marketing or SEO link building experience, ideally both. Strong understanding of the digital landscape. Experience with link building as part of an overarching SEO strategy. At least 3 years of management experience. Analytical skills required (e.g., measuring success beyond impressions). Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and paid media partnerships preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a creative thinker with strong decision making skills. Must be proactive, reliable, resourceful and have an eye for detail. Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to problem solve. About Wayfair Inc. $100K -- $150K
