The New Hire Experience team sits within the global Talent Development organization and is critical to the company's overall success and continued growth. What You'll Do:
Wayfair is looking for a strategic business partner to drive the rapid growth of our global onboarding operations. In this role, you will set the strategy for how we onboard and integrate thousands of new Wayfairians each year, across all Wayfair employee profiles, including corporate, field, customer service, and more. You will partner with leaders across the business, uncover data-driven onboarding opportunities, and build end-to-end solutions to address our critical growth needs. You will leverage the current stable of content to quickly deliver tailored solutions that balance impact and efficiency, while also setting us up for a scalable and sustainable long-term Wayfair-wide onboarding approach. In this role you will manage a motivated team of learning & development professionals, and will serve as a member of the senior leadership team for global Talent Development. Partner with the business and global Talent Development team members to develop, implement and evaluate our global onboarding strategy Develop work plan and timeline with key dependencies, deliverables, and milestones Lead communications and related change management efforts for the rollout of new global onboarding approach Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the entire business, including corporate, field / supply chain, and customer service Align closely and frequently with Talent Development leadership team to ensure shared vision; partner closely with department-aligned onboarding partners and embedded onboarding stakeholders Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of global onboarding programming What You'll Need:

years of experience; talent experience preferred (talent strategy, talent development, career development, organizational design) Strong leadership skills and high business acumen with the ability to effectively influence and communicate at all levels of the organization and lead multiple stakeholder relationships Passion for the growth and development of others Flexibility, customer-service orientation, and a passion for providing a positive new hire experience at every stage of the onboarding process A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working collaboratively as part of a team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
