Job Description The Specialist Sales-Infrastructure & Integration Systems Solutions has mastered the responsibilities of the Enterprise Systems Consultant position description. In addition the individual has shown advanced and complete technical understanding of the complete solutions portfolio and customer interaction acumen. Continue engaging in technical presales engineering support for Enterprise Systems opportunities. Effective support is achieved by the direct interface and alignment with the potential customer and internal Olympus stakeholders including but not limited to Sales Installation Engineering and Integration Services. This employee will support sales project management and customers during pre-sales activities through hand-off to the Implementation Team. This role has nationwide responsibility. Job Duties Works with the SI Sales Team closely to insure that the solutions being proposed meet the customer's needs and is a solutions that Olympus can deliver. Assists in the training of any new Systems Integration Territory Manager hire in the respective territory. Acts as a pre-sales project manager in gathering needs and requirements for the customer and insures a clean hand off post PO to our project management team. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of our IT Enterprise Solutions and can communicate those to the customers IT department and the Territory Manager. Demonstrates a comprehensive technical command of all of all solutions within the Systems Integration portfolio. Works closely with the customer solutions group to advance our Medpresence solution. Is responsible for all DEMO equipment, set-up, technical reliability and delivery for all Demo's with the Systems Integration Territory Manager. Works closely with marketing to insure Brooklyn Park and Westborough showrooms in working condition for all Demo's. Develops relationships with key IT thought leaders in the respective territories. Job Requirements REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Biomedical Engineering preferred Minimum of 5 years experience in field sales and/or field sales support. Minimum of 5 years of in Medical Technology or Information Technology industries. Deep knowledge of networking video over IP security and IT environment Valid Drivers License required Ability to travel (>60%); Air and automobile travel including overnight travel and short notice travel Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet project opportunity objectives Excellent planning and implementation skills. Excellent presentation and objection-handling skills. PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in medical or commercial Audio/Video installations. Use of Microsoft PowerPoint. Advanced understanding of video integration technology. Advanced experience with hospital IT departments IT networking/connectivity and EMR/PACs systems. Experience with Olympus solutions and implementation capabilities. Understanding infrastructure products and services (surgical booms & surgical lights) and able to navigate through construction projects.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
