Senior Manager, Merchandising Analytics Wayfair's Merchandising organization mission is to create the market-leading product catalog for home goods across each of our stores, brands, and geographies. The Merchandising Analytics team empowers the org with data & analytics to track performance & progress against goals, diagnose problems, and take action to improve the quality of the product catalog, the speed & efficiency of operations, and the user experience of our suppliers. We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented Senior Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Do:
Partner with leadership to define and develop the analytics roadmap for key strategic initiatives including Product and Supplier Compliance & Merchandising Customer Feedback Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into technical metric definitions and/or questions to be answered through data analysis Own end-to-end development of new analytics products from ideation & requirements to methodology & architecture to execution & release Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Commercial (e.g. Proprietary Brands, Category Management) and Technology (e.g. Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science) Lead, grow, and develop a team of Analysts. What You'll Need:

years of work experience - analytics (business or product), technology, consulting, or other highly analytical roles preferred 5
years people management experience Strong academic record - background in Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or other quantitative field preferred; Masters degree preferred Strong technical skills - in-depth SQL required; python & python tools preferred Strong communication skills - demonstrated experience using data analysis and visualizations to tell a story & influence strategy at the leadership level Organized and process-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results a fast-paced environment About Wayfair Inc. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
