Manager, Consumer Sales Strategy & Operations

The Consumer (B2C) Technical Sales team is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Operations to drive strategic initiatives and build a world-class expert sales team at Wayfair. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of analysis, strategy and operations and own end-to-end processes from ideation to implementation. What You'll Do Build Hypotheses, Test & Learn:
Use performance data insights to develop innovative ideas that question the status quo, devise testing agendas to validate proof of concept, and leverage data to inform implementation plans Manage & optimize team performance:
Establish and monitor sales team KPIs, understand drivers of performance, and develop roadmap to improve Build strong relationships with the frontline teams:
Partner with our sales managers and agents to build and deliver a world-class customer experience Partner cross-functionally:
Join forces with analytics, data science, engineering, product management and sales enablement teams to execute on strategic priorities Examples of strategic initiatives include:
devise new ways to smartly route the right customers to the right agents to maximize customer happiness, launch & scale sales teams in additional technical categories, refine sales agent workflow to maximize impact, build and implement policies & contests to improve agents' experience and reduce attrition What You'll Need 5
years of work experience in an analytical / data-driven role Bachelor's degree required Track record of driving tangible results across teams in a fast paced / ambiguous environment Ability to build trust and influence with senior executives, sales agents and cross functional partners Crisp, clear, tailored communication and an affinity for socializing complexity with ease to a variety of audiences Proficiency in Excel, ability to handle and read data, ability to extract insights and trends to provide recommendations/ drive actionable solutions required. Experience with database queries / SQL / Google Big Query / Looker is a plus (not required) A tenacious, entrepreneurial and ownership mindset
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
