Privacy Director

Position Description - Reporting to the Vice President of Privacy, the Privacy Director will harmonize key initiatives and activities related to the development and implementation of McKesson's privacy compliance program (e.g., policy and governance, training, monitoring, controls, risk mitigation planning and other privacy program elements). This experienced privacy professional must be able to understand and evaluate privacy needs, coordinate the development of programs needed to drive privacy, and then assist, support and monitor the implementation of the programs developed among McKesson's Business Units based in the US. The Privacy Director will work closely with other members of the Global Privacy Office, the McKesson Compliance and Ethics team, Business Unit Compliance Officers, Records and Information Management, Information Security Risk Management, the Law Department, Human Resources, Internal Audit and corporate functions to stay informed, provide guidance, and support enterprise privacy issues at McKesson. The Privacy Director will operate under minimal supervision while serving as a key resource to the enterprise. He, she or they may also be assigned to provide strategic direction to specific Business Units or divisions. Minimum Requirements - Minimum of 7
years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience in privacy, data analytics or in a health care privacy/compliance department, managing projects and programs. Critical Skills - Experience and understanding of compliance programs based in US federal, and/or state laws (including HIPAA/HITECH, CCPA, others) and how they apply to privacy and data protection. Ability to analyze highly complex issues with an in-depth understanding of organizational objectives. Excellent oral and written presentation skills, including the ability to communicate to all organizational levels, conduct workshops, identify needs and create consensus. Ability to communicate organizational strategy into a functional strategy, and implement and monitor policies, goals and performance metrics. Ability to provide professional thought and technical leadership and influencing skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong project management skills. Provide guidance to Business Units on the effective development and implementation of privacy controls. Experience with information management and change management. Additional Knowledge & Skills - Knowledge of privacy frameworks and principles preferred. Ability to influence across all levels in a large, decentralized, multi-national company. Experience in health care, legal services and/or project services preferred. Experience with cloud-based privacy compliance tools (One Trust or others) preferred. Education - Bachelor's Degree required with preferred concentrations in business, healthcare, information security, computer science, project management or related areas. Juris Doctorate and/or technical degree preferred. Certifications/Licensure - CIPP preferred. Physical Requirements - General Office Demands (standing/sitting)
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
IT Security, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
