Environmental Engineer - Project Manager

TRC is seeking an Environmental Engineer / Project Managerto support our Environmental, Construction & Remediation practice inBoston, MA. The position requires a strong technical background in environmental engineering design, construction and operation, and a solid reputation of building and maintaining key client relationships. Our Remediation Engineers:
Lead and perform remediation system design work. Develop and track multiple project budgets, scopes and schedules for regulatory submittals and other consulting documents. Work well with dynamic project teams. Perform Quality Analysis/Quality Control of deliverables related to projects and tasks managed, as well as projects and tasks managed by others, and are responsible for implementation of the firms' quality procedures at project and task levels. Write and review technical documents, reports and engineering designs, ensuring quality and consistent delivery of materials. Interface well with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees. Have positive health and safety behaviors. Maintain a billable utilization target. Work to cross-sell TRC services and increase business. Identify and develop new business opportunities, and deliver responsive, high quality services. Have strong communications skills, both written and oral. Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related field of study. Registered Professional Engineer or PE eligible in Massachusetts 5-10 years' experience with remediation engineering/consulting firms. Remediation system design, construction oversight, operation and maintenance experience. Skills in budgeting, scheduling, procurement and coordination of teams of contractors. Technical project expertise in environmental investigations, remediation, environmental compliance. CAD and Civil 3D proficiency. Experience writing and reviewing technical documents, reports and engineering designs, ensuring quality and consistent delivery of materials In-field experience performing remediation work at industrial Sites. Massachusetts Contingency Plan regulatory experience. OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, including current annual refresher OSHA 8-hour HAZWOPER Supervisor certification Preferred
Qualifications:
In addition to the basic qualifications the qualifications below are highly desired but not required:
Experience managing Projects, including budgets, Recent client relationships in the New England area market. New Hampshire, Maine, and/or Vermont remediation regulatory experience RCRA and CERCLA remediation regulatory experience. Professional registration in engineering in other US States. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project Management, Environmental EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
