//www.nfp.com.The RoleThe VP, Client Services Manager is a full time position, working with specified Advisor(s) to help manage and grow their book of business. While in this role, the VP, Client Services Manager should liaise between the Advisors and Account Management team to ensure a seamless renewal process for clients, assist Advisor in bringing in and marketing new business, oversee special projects, and effectively deliver the resources of NFP to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of all lines of commercial coverage, a self-starter attitude and excellent communication and follow up skills.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Meet with assigned Advisors on a regular basis to assist with renewal and communication strategy and address client concernsResponsibilities as it relates to Renewal Business:
Oversee all Management Liability renewals, new team assignment, and assist with correspondence between ML team and clientOversee all P renewals, weekly calls with Account team, involvement with clients from a strategic levelMonitor Cyber team and Cyber deliverables - this has become an area of high visibility with clientsClaims:
Monitor large losses, involved in claim reportingAssist with the P teams taking over Management Liability responsibilities, clear communications to the clientMonitor market trends & establish strategy/client dialogue with the client teamsResponsibilities as it relates to New Business:
Assist assigned Producers in obtaining full submission from prospects and follow up on open opportunities and prospects when full submission is not fully completed and received.Prepare and edit proposals from Marketing and present to prospects, with assistance from AdvisorsEnter, and track leads for Advisors using Salesforce SystemResponsibilities as it relates to Due Diligences:
Coordinate between diligence team and Private EquityInvolved in the calls, review, data collection & readouts, as there is potential for new business developmentResponsibilities as it relates to consulting project:
Portfolio company report - Oversee and direct the review and report creation for each portfolio companyReview, sort and funnel data appropriatelyHost weekly calls with PE firmHost calls with each portcoInvolve in renewal discussions for each portcoWork with Actuarial team - what can we develop with this data we are collecting?Risk Management ResourcesDeveloping, and tracking all risk management objectives with this processReaching out to various NFP teams to review data and develop objectives (short-term, long-term) such as Collateral restructuring, Captive programs, Setting up a reinsurance captive, Creating carrier panels, Exploring potential of creating mini-MIF scenarioHeft spreadsheet - make sure information from non-NFP portco's are being consolidated in thereData Collection:
Track and follow up with each portco in relevant timing.Review, familiarize, and distribute data when it's uploadedCreation & Utilization of NFP Connect siteAdditional responsibilities as the project progressesAdditional responsibilities as assignedKnowledge, Skills or Abilities:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
