Zerto - Customer Programs Manager

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and team-centric customer programs leader to continue to develop the strategy needed to enhance Zerto's already established market reputation, including leveraging customer successes to help drive and influence new revenue. Focused on continuing to build on Zerto's reputation as a leader in the data protection category, the Customer Programs Manager will be responsible for capturing and highlighting the successes of our customers across external and internal channels, media and analysts and scale our customer advocacy program. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, the customer programs manager will work cross-functionally within Zerto to ensure customer feedback and success stories are shared to improve the Zerto product and help Zerto and the broader HPE organization understand how the Zerto can help customers overcome data protection challenges. Responsibilities Continue to develop and build on the current Customer Programs strategy including:
Responsibility for global success story development strategy which includes case studies, blogs, and video testimonials Gaining a deep understanding of the Zerto product to uncover the benefits and greater impact attributes of the solution as part of the customer content Creating interesting customer stories in a variety of formats and tease out the relevant details to effectively communicate Zerto's value proposition including the ability to identify the impact of Zerto on the customer's environment through cost savings and increased operational efficiencies Supporting marketing campaigns and product launches with relevant and compelling customer stories and quotes Identify, engage, recruit, and manage list of customer advocates for reference calls and other marketing initiatives Work closely with MIS to continue to improve the reference request and fulfillment process Design and manage early adopter programs to support go-to-market with customer validation as well as provide Product Management with product feedback Work with customers to present at events and webinars including assisting with writing abstract and building presentations Own the strategy for customer engagement and communication programs, such as Zerto's Customer Advisory Board, referral program, quarterly giveaways. monthly customer newsletter, and customer nurture e-mails Drive customer reviews strategy to help establish Zerto as a leader in the market Interface with sales enablement to ensure customer stories are regularly integrated into training and ensure new hires know how and when to engage the Customer Programs team Build campaigns and tactics to help create awareness within the Zerto install-base for new products and features Qualification 7
years of Customer Marketing experience, preferably in software Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications. Prior success designing and managing customer engagement programs in an agile environment Ability to work effectively and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external customers to drive results. Data-driven marketing approach, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits. Experience in translating complex technology into compelling customer stories. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
