Today it remains complicated to deploy and reconfigure your cobot solution and how to get it working robustly in your factory - We want you to be the one to lead the change of that. We're looking for a Principal Innovation Engineer with application experience for New Product Development. The journey to a cobot that reliably works at the factory floor involves much technology and many great people. Your job will be to take the complications away from our customers and help our partners to deliver solutions in a frictionless and scalable way. You will be working with our product and innovation teams, ensuring a tight link between new product development and real customer problems. You will facilitate real life demonstrations, collaborations with customers and a holistic view on the problems we intend to solve. Key Responsibilities Own and lead the application focus and customer collaboration in new product development, initially focusing on the Easy and Reliable Moonshot initiative where Perception and AI are key technologies which we will make valuable for our customers The UR Way. Being a part of the development teams and inventing great solutions to key customer barriers for scale in our focus segments. Being a key ease of use advocate that ensures that we really eliminate customer and partner friction, not just shifting the cognitive burden to other and more expertise-demanding places in the deployment journey. Establish key customer and partner collaborations and ensure that we are solving the real problems for our customers and partners. Drive commercial experiments with our partners to test path to market with our new technologies and ensure its viability. Requirements 5 years' experience working as an industrial automation applications engineer Experience with applied artificial intelligence and advanced computer vision systems in manufacturing environments. A background in evaluating advanced R&D concepts and the ability to apply them towards customer driven application development. Deep, hands-on experience working with industrial robots. Extensive experience partnering closely with manufacturing customers to solve their unique problems in their unique environments. A deep interest in working with scientists, developers, and customers to advance the state of technology in industrial automation The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts and we support hybrid work policies (to be agreed with your manager). This position requires some domestic and international travel to current and prospective customers and partners.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
