Assistant Sales Manager
Window Nation, the 5th largest home remodeler in the country, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Outside Sales team. Our Assistant Sales Manager leads, guides, and supports a local sales team, driving overall sales performance of the company. Primary Job Functions Partners with executive sales leadership to design and continually update the sales process Maintains appropriate staffing levels based on expected leads and team performance Recruits, hires, trains, re-trains and monitors the performance of an effective sales team Ensures an equitable distribution of sales leads Meets or exceeds established performance metrics and goals Supports team members in closing sales as necessary Assist the Consumer Finance department with securing loan approvals as necessary. Monitors customer satisfaction; trains and guides team to ensure superior customer experience Monitors and maintains sales-related Guild Quality scores Works with the call center to establish/maintain lead requirements Serves as liaison between the Operations and Sales departments; ensures the sales message aligns with the final product delivered to our customers Embody our core values Education/Experience Bachelor's degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience 3

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
