Enterprise Legal Sales Executive

Our client is a disruptor of services towards the legal & insurance industries. Formed out of demand, and expanded during today's virtualization and technology, they are experiencing significant growth. Due to growth, our client is in need of an Enterprise Sales Executive to sell its services and solutions to law firms and insurance agencies. You will be responsible for new business development (hunting), as well, as, leveraging internal leads. As a privately held company with deep pockets they want someone who can work in a hybrid model with the ability to grow alongside the company as it continues its trajectory. MAIN RESPOSNIBILITIES:
Drive direct software solution sales to new law firm customers. (Large and medium US law firms) Working virtual and reporting to the president you will be responsible for net new business and developing leads that are provided to you. Work closely with the entire organization for demand lead generation, sales engineering, marketing and management) Prospecting with known accounts Lead Qualification and Development Ability to handle virtual demo's REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of quota-based software solution selling track record 2
years selling to law firms-court reporting and deposition is a plus CRM, Microsoft Office, web presentation software competency Bachelor's degree
Salary Range:
$100K -- $170K
Minimum Qualification
Sales EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
